REFUNDS:
Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds. All sales are FINAL


RETURNS:
Unfortunately, we do not allow returns. All products sold (both physical and or digital) are non-refundable. 

 

Physical Products:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please email our customer support team at support@hookahessentials.com if you have questions or concerns about your item. 


CANCELLATION
Products cannot be canceled after purchase


EXCHANGES: 
We do not allow exchanges except for an incorrect order. If your order was incorrect (wrong product(s), missing product(s), etc...), email the Hookah Essentials Customer Support team: at support@hookahessentials.com. Please include your order number(s), photos or videos, and packaging slip information. 

Damaged & Missing Packages
Our team fully inspects all orders for quality and accuracy before shipping them out via USPS. All orders are insured up to $100. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order is defective/damaged/missing, immediately file a claim at USPS. Note: You may file a claim within 60 days of your shipment (refer to your shipping confirmation email and packing slip).
